We finished our backsplash last Friday. It looks fantastic, and we receive compliments from everyone who sees it, and not only those who were familiar with the look of our old kitchen, but those who are seeing it for the first time.
It was easy to install, and flexible enough to work around the imperfections of the walls where we installed it. We are elderly and mildly arthritic, but still completed the installation ourselves in LESS than five hours. Highly recommend!

We purchased the gilded silver distressed metal tiles (23.6 x 5.9”) for our kitchen backsplash. They look fabulous! We used Method 2 installation (adhesive on unsanded walls) and that was simple to do and they adhered perfectly. We used tin snips to cut around the outlets; that worked great. However, to get nice cuts along the long length of the tiles to fit under the cabinets, a table saw with a metal-cutting blade was necessary. Tin snips will cut the tile, but the cut is very uneven and difficult to do. The short length of the tile could be cut decently with snips. To make this job look top-notch, you’ll want to use a table saw for the long lengths. Would recommend if you have a table saw.
